Zoning Text Amendment

Proposed text amendment to increase the allowable square footage to non-agricultural accessory structures (8-3A-4) and remove language that prohibits the establishment of an accessory use prior to the principal use (8-5B-1).

The public Hearing will be held by the Jo Daviess County Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 24^th, 2023 at 7:00pm in the County Board Room of the Jo Daviess County Courthouse at 330 N Bench Street, Galena, Illinois.

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
